I'd be inclined to make the head a bit longer, and less curvy up, with more pointing down.

From the front it looks like a perfectly round, ball shaped head. But if you look from the side you see differently. 3 feet long, the head is shaped like another tear drop, curving downwards.

The way I did the torso was just straight down. No discernible features of gender etc.

I'd guess you'd draw it slightly wavy because you're a lass. I draw it like a box because I'm a lad. :p
