1170 Calories

I'm currently consuming 1170 calories. 430 of those are from a warmed cheese danish, 490 of them are from some Hostess Dunkin' Stix, and 250 of them are from a 20 oz Dr. Pepper.

I'm also consuming 22g of saturated fat, 1090mg of sodium, and 140g of sugar.

AWESOME.

I had a 6" Spicy Italian sub today, on wheat. (330 or so cals) 4g of fat I believe. A sweet tea this morning (McDonalds) 150 calories with something like 30g of Sugar (ouch). And half of a parfait 75 calories. Drinking water now, and am probably going to eat some Tuna when I get home (150 a can +12g of protein)x2 cans.

That'll roughly put me at 900 calories for the day, and I plan to run two miles and do my core rotation workout today.

I've been having a 1 1/2 cup of soup from this little restaurant near work and water every day for lunch so today i'm stuffed.
