Taken from wikipedia: "Seating capacity for football games is 63,000; an increase of more than 5,000 over the RCA Dome. The stadium, when it will host a Super Bowl, can be expanded to a capacity of 70,000" Not sure how they're going to "expand" it to create 7,000 more seats, though.

When the Jaguars were told they were going to host the superbowl, they rearranged both end zones and put in temporary/additional seating. They ended up converting them into permanent seats.
