I'm saying is that if he is nominated for a Sup Mod what makes you think anything will be any different from the rest of the forum? If he can't help out that small section, the rest of the boards would make it even harder.

I figured they might just deliberate amongst the rest of the Staff and go from there, that's why I asked.

I think that activity should be a big part in who is next, not only that, but how long the nominee has been here. We removed Yawgmoth for his inactivity so appointing another inactive member is pointless.
