I wasn't really reading the comments as I went down. However, I would suggest eating some Taco Bell. Their food is like a liquid plumber for your system. It'll knock it out of ya in no time.

To add, I suggest getting more of the daily nutrients in your body daily. It's weird, but I'm a big guy, not huge, just a little fluffy. I eat very healthy though.
