Chat forum, why does this still exist there? That's a place meant for useless posts.

It's a completely legitimate question, unless we're all going to be Nazis about what can go into the chat forum.

Erm, most posts(whether they be 10 characters or not) are useless and don't contribute to the thread at all. Take a look at Lenny, he posts about 3 paragraphs of shit that doesn't make sense at all, but they comply with your rule.

It's 7 fucking characters. Shut the fuck up about it already. Christ, leave if you don't like it.
