7 Character Limit
 

Apparently within the past few days, if I'm not mistaken, WetWired has changed the 10 character limit to a new '7 character limit'. Do enjoy this new freedom. :rolleyes:

Yes, it still makes you type stuff but not as much.

He also had made it much harder to spam though, no more tricks to saying one word post :(

Eh, it's just something to please the little ones that can't seem to get it through their heads that posts with less than 10 (well, 7 now) characters, just doesn't contribute anything useful.. :(

Actually they do.

For instance, someone asks a question without posting a poll. You reply with:

"I vote B."

That's 9 characters, but a completely legitimate post.

How does that contribute to the thread? There is no rhyme or reason behind your thinking, just a simple comment that says nothing about their opinion. Those posts are useless.

Erm, most posts(whether they be 10 characters or not) are useless and don't contribute to the thread at all. Take a look at Lenny, he posts about 3 paragraphs of shit that doesn't make sense at all, but they comply with your rule.

It's 7 fucking characters. Shut the fuck up about it already. Christ, leave if you don't like it.
