My video Card?!?

how do i find out what my video card is?

I dont know what its like for XP but I guess about the same, right click on desktop, choose properties then go to settings tab where u can check the resolution and stuff. click on advanced and there u should see it somewhere.
OR u can check in dxdiag, located in ur directX folder

why u want to know really ? U bought a computer and u dont know what videocard u got

nah fucxk you. i just installed win98 on my other comp and its like 16 colors only (not bits, COLORS!!) and i need to know my video card so i can make it 32 bit or 16 bit and so i can make the screen resolution 1000+X i think 700...

right clcik desktop>properties>settigns...it shoudl say the name udner "display "
