thats just cookie cutter, and unless you can take more than one hit whats the point of being able to recovery fast from it?
frosties are just compensation for not having enough mana, 900 can be enough mana. ( i have 1200 without frosties, and base nrg)
absorb is bs unless you are full absorb...
tals belt is also bs no helpful mods except 20 dex but if you're going to use that other stuff it isnt enough compensation
belt is just used to get as many stat places as possible (thundergods 20 str/vit)
having a 10fcr amulet would not take you to the next fcr bp, there for tals/maras amulets would be more effective
