I can't imagine any type of person that would find that funny. Seriously; I don't know where you'd find any humor in it.

It's almost the equivalent to making fun of a mentally-handicapped person.

I ask the same question of dead baby jokes. I just found it funny. I can't really explain why I found it funny, I simply did.

It's one of those jokes that gets a kind of uncomfortable laugh as in, "Yeah, somewhat amusing, but you actually went there?"

I'm not sure I even get the joke..

It's basically taking the mick out of the adverts you get on television for various charities that ask for a small donation of such and such to help starving children in Africa.
