Act 4 Cain Issue

ok is there any way to get the soulstone from cain in act 4
because i usually like to do the quest later on down the road
at lets say lvl 70 - 80 ... but as you know cain drops you if you
havnt done the quest yet when you try talking to him...
whats the eziest way to get soulstone because after the first
time passing, mephisto doest drop the soulstone again
some times it lets me get the soulstone from cain but
for some odd reason it drops all my friends...


Realm Down Issue

I myself have 56k so i can change ips with ez...
is there a way cable users can fix realm down without
having to wait out the 30 minutes??

You should be able to get it from meph if not rush someone and snatch their stone.

So far for me its jsut wait..... I cant find any other way around it besides dont fuck with cain in act 4 lol...

I know a program that change your ip temporary.. or something that allowed you to e.g like this issue with Rating, but i cant remember the program's name... :/.
Anyway it was very usefull when trade hacking .

Cain is evil.. always said he is... the horadric cube sometimes bugs you aswell so you cant pick up your body...
So he tags you, kick you, realm downs you + he gives you bugged items... oh no!
