Yes, it is. Sometimes a male, sometimes a female. When I was younger, my friends and I would call our cell phone while one of us typed, and if we got a chick operator we would type some FUCKED up sexual shit, just to hear the chick say it. It was so funny.

I personally am using the IP Relay on aim, all you have to do is Message "My IP Relay" and type "Call xxx-xxx-xxx" and they call.
