Yeah there is a cap but....my old school Eth Rune Master w/ 2 x Eth's, Zod, and 2 x 40-15's, w/ 20k ar would do dmg to him. The thing with this build however....didn't max dr so even with rare hits it would do lots of dmg. My zealot could use eth val and crack up 40k defense...but 3 hits and he's dead. Rather use my upped shaft and tank.
