You take the noodles and put them in a microwaveable bowl, put water and seasoning in, then microwave for 2 mins. Let sit out for at least a minute or 2. Done.

There is also a brand of Ramen called kimchi. It's basically regular ramen with a slab of preserved kimchi.

It's not cold if you cook it with hot water

I've only tried Maruchan brand Ramen.. I like Chicken, Beef, Shrimp, and Oriental. Roast Beef is just *GAG* disgusting.
