Whats new with the 1.10 beta

jab cant kill monsters, it gets there life to 1 but isnt able to give the final blow u have to use other attack to kill the monsters
maybe its a bug ?

i found an unique hyperion spear 207 ed 50% deadly strike 30 ias and ignore target def at baals minion hell

also, is it possible that the ias and fhr requirements for certain breakpoints have changed ?
