If you want to put in a picture, save the file and then you can host it at www.iownjoo.com

Go in the place Mr. Lee described and put ["img"] without the "", then paste the url that yur picture was saved under from iownjoo (which will be told to you after it was uploaded) then end it off with [/"img"], again, without the "".
