get a different bow! eagle sucks, even a cruel 2 socket 300% e.d. hydra socketed with 2 shaels is more dmg and 2x faster... i believe eagle is a +20 speed bow(which means it sucks) socketed with shael=20 ias, bow is now 0 speed, get a bow thats -50 speed and that would count as having 50% ias
that would better help you to get to the desired fps u need...
