Such destruction, with so much more to come . I feel sad for them. I had the pleasure of having some Japanese friends while attending college and they were truly great people to be around.

Wait a minute, where are all the pictures of looters like during Hurricane Katrina? Are you saying they're more worried about surviving and being rescued than getting their hands on a 32" LCD TV or some Timberlands?

Ken Sugimori (creator/artist for Pokemon) was rumored to have been killed, but it turned out to be just that - a rumor. Still, it's pretty bad. Wish I could do something to help.
