That one was easy man!

Take 24hrs multipled by 365 days, multiplied by 60 minutes in an hour andthen by 60 for 60 seconds in a minute. I think I explained it right lol...

Anyways, it is 31536000 Nite, I used a calculator lol.

Here is an easy question in my opinion as I can't really think of something esle at the moment...
