[RM2K3/RMVX] Need help with tilesets VX or 2003

2 things. I want to make a Snes looking game, but dont know if i should use the 2003 or the VX (im more experianced in VX) and 2 anyone have some nice sprites for the Monsters in VX and do you have more sprites for monsters? (not a lot in VX) Thanks
