All Star Game Ends As A Tie!

The game was ended during extra innings because both teams ran out of pitchers, this is the second time ever that an All Star game has ended in a tie, the first time was when it was rained out many years ago.

they should relieve the starting pitcher with actual relievers so that they have starters to close if the game goes into extra innings
