Anybody ever had any problems with your 360?

I've heard a lot of people complaining that their 360 overheats, freezes, etc etc. I, personally, haven't experienced any of this but then again I've only had the 360 for a couple weeks. My buddy is pressuring me to buy a fan for the back to cool it down. Should I? For you seasoned 360 veterans, have you guys experienced any problems?
