Everyone in the clan should go to bungie.net/stats, look up their symbol in Halo, copy it and resize it and then use it as their avatar here on the site. Would look pretty cool, and seeing them all the time here on the site next to a name would make identifying who certain symbols belong to easier out on the battlefield.

Haha excellent. If you have trouble resizing your symbol to exactly 80pixels * 80pixels, let me know and I can do the sizing for you and send it to you. Only takes about 30 seconds.

Allright I got bored and decided to resize a bunch of your symbols to avatar size for you. Just download them to your comp and then upload, simple as that.
