Chronicles of Riddick(spoiler warning)

I liked this movie because it is the sequel to Pitch Black and was really great.
Riddick's sight was a cool effect. and the fact that he had a girl friend was a little lame. but other than that it was cool.

P.S. they should make movie star smilies that would be cool!
they they should only do roles(riddick, scorpion) not the actual actor because it would be too much trouble figuring out the actor.

You obviously missed a lot. Jack/Kiera was not Riddick's girlfriend, you must not have paid any attention in Pitch Black either. That character is the same character as the "boy" Jack who looked up to Riddick and wanted to be like him. She got what she wanted except for the fact that nobody in the prison she went to could "shine" her eyes like his.

I thought the movie was pretty fucking awesome. The costuming of the Necromongers (main enemy) was slightly ridiculous but other than that it was pretty great. The story was classic Sci-Fi schtick that fit really well into the series. Vin Diesel is of course perfect for the Riddick role (and I wish it was his only role)Industrial Light and Magic handled the special effects so they definitely did not let anyone down. The ending was nothing I didn't expect but the delivery was quite nice.

Did anyone think Pitch Black was a good movie? I wouldn't let other people watch it, because I thought it was so bad and the sun color bullshit made me blind and I started stabbing people while screaming and was taken home for disturbing the peace.

Altogether I got a good 5 minutes of the entire movie, which makes me an expert on it. It sucks.

I liked it, I mean there wasn't a lot of action but I like it more since the sequel came out. The 2nd one was great because of the first one

So wait... the only reason the 1st one is good is because the 2nd one is good, but the only reason the 2nd one was good was because the first one was good? Right...

that battle at the end where that necromonger moves so fast is great it looks very nice. 1 thing thats been bothering me is that when they are escaping from the sun, it's supposed to be 700 degrees but when he swings on the rock and is so close to it and also when he's knocked out he lies in the sun, there's no way he didnt get burned from that ?

I did watch it and the "boy" i believe did have a thing for Riddick. I didn't see all of the first one, i saw most of it and missed a few parts, so i will have to go back and watch it.

By the way I heard they were making a prequel at the same time they made the sequel, so I want to see that one too.
