Definitely not. No amulet can spawn with +2 all to 2 diff classes.

the ammy is pre-exp and legit
then again i dont call heavly duped bugged.. this ammy is heavly duped but legit

C-Grip is a legit ring but its been duped excessivly, same for Blood Whorl, Viper Whorl, and many other rare dual leech amulets and rings.
