Pvp sorc need alittle help

I am going to make a Sorc vs Meele classes.
I'm going to have max block and... alittle damage reduced

I know for sure that im going to use Stormshield socketed with something shako and that's about it and i need alittle advise about the other thing..

And im going to need alot of dex im thinking of taking rest in strenght for equip and rest in energy and use 20 + hp sc.
