Those Perfect CMBs of Evisceration

Anyone on West have any experiences with those perfect Cruel Matriarchal Bows of Evisceration socketed with 2 40/15 jewels? I see them all the time in the trading channels and I'm almost positive that they are all dupes. But my question is, are the poofable dupes? Whenever I talk to the sellers, they tell me that they never perm the bow and it's never disappeared. Well, most people will say anything for a trade. If anyone knows for sure, please let me know. I am contemplating trading for one.

I think because they are "Blue" magic Items that they don't have an item ID and therefore will not dissapear.

No, blue items do have IDs so they can disapear.

I think they disapear but I'm not entirly sure, I know White socketed items, runewords, and jewlery from .08 don't disapear but I'm not sure about blue magics. Probably best to look around in the forum for the answer I know its here somewhere.
