hmm you have shit fast cast rate
you dont have 650+ stats to use
156+222+100+200=678
222 isnt even maxed block for a sorc at level 99 with stormshield.
and you also have shit mana regen
and if you are using a ton of 1.08 items, no you DONT need vitality

btw ediee_perez is your joke funny? i dun think so. guess those are erm.. "bark" <- ur joke already no sense so this "no sense word" for u.

matter fact for a bowmerc ias doesnt really matter because you should be moving and by the time you are in range for the merc to shoot them they should be shooting them (enemy) once per teleport i'd reccomend getting some +skills
if you have +3 skill on a act 1 merc they emit a lightning spell that does approx 1600 dmg (b4 pvp reduction)
i have an act1merc with that i can demonstrate if you need =-)
