US Government Paper - HELP

I don't even know where to begin. Paper is due tomorrow if anyone has any suggestions.

You are an inactive member of the Democratic/Republican party. You are disgusted with the Party. They are not addressing your needs or the political issues facintg this Country. You have been asked by political party officials to draft a paper calling for changes in the Party.

1. Research the Party Platform and beliefs and reccomend what
should be changed, if anything.

2. State what is wrong with the Party; in particular, why it cannot
attract people to participate.

3. Detail reccomendations of what the Party should do to attract
members, contribute to political debates, and be effective in
meeting your needs for active participation.
