This is only temporary. Because you played with those packets. It's like a protection until they can fix this. Dont worry, everything will be normal after 2-3 days.
Just be sure that you have the soul stone before you click on cain ( act 4 ) . And yes, sometimes you'll be at the "Little world" even if you havent done something unsual.
