The "ditch the asshole" advice is the best I've seen here.
I can't really give advice on the whole baby factor. I do think Klo is right, though; depending on your own character, actually having a child may prompt a life-altering growth in maturity. On the other hand, you could just turn out to be a crappy parent, so maybe you don't want to risk that. I don't know you, so I can't say what would actually happen in such a circumstance. You're the only person who has the right to make that judgement.
Even as far as parenting, it's more practical right now to wait until you've got some college done and a decent job rather than have a baby as a senior in high school with a most likely mediocre dead end job if any job at all.
I love that I am belittling the fact that somewhere in the world, young women are experiencing serious trauma over life ruining illegitimate pregnancies.

Just get really fuuuuuuuckked up before the abortion. If that doesn't fly here, then just go down south of the border. There are some great doctors down there for really cheap too.

hahaha CRAZY. I was also 18, and kaneda was 22.
anyways, he was excited at first as well, changed his mind about 7 mos in...read previous posts for "catch up", then when she was here...something changed him again and now he's a great dad and man .
but while he's treating you like shit, cut him out. either he'll wake up or you'll do it on your own. we never discussed..how far along are you? even able to have an abortion anymore?
