Nah, he finds a picture, crops out the lady, cleans it up, sometimes even resizes it and makes it bigger. Pretty good work too.

Really been a long while since I've been there. Looks like I may be wrong about the resizing. But you can see where he cleaned it up, left abdomen. Original isn't as smooth as his. He also smoothed out her shoulder on the right, top of her head and all that. Wish I could do that, but I sucked with Photoshop.
