Court: Seattle police OK to stun pregnant woman

They can't arrest her on the spot. She was given the citation, and if she failed to appear in court, a warrant would be put out for her arrest. That's how it works. Or at least, how it's supposed to work. Whether or not that's the best way is irrelevant.
