I know I'm a little late. So, were you able to remove it?

Malwarebytes owns all of those websites  And that's not a joke. Not that it's a bad program, it's a great program, just telling the truth.
I also suggest, if Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware Fails, to use SuperAntiSpyware.
