People have a need to know how and when they are involved in a co-
llaborative effort. The rights one has depends on the provision of pay-
ment (e.g., now this is money) from which they gain member status.
If they want to be involved they have the right to know when and how
their status will be changed in the content of a decision. Or else, the
facilitative leader is not committed to overseeing whether or not every
stakeholder, including you, have equal rights. The creative circle is not
interested in whether or not you agree to the motivations of the colab-
orative effort before activities begin. Destroy the religious organization
or interest group that creates ideas like forced sex.
