What color to paint?

The only unusual method I can think of to paint a car would be to dip it in paint. What exactly is this method?

I am curious too, because I read that the new thing the EPA is trying to push is these water-based paints... but for someone that doesn't have an enclosed area, it's gonna be hell because they take longer to dry... and if it's not that, then I dunno...

You might be skeptical, as am I, but I am going to go forward with it. I've been researching this little method for a long while it involves enamal paint, a bit of thinner and some paint rollers

It is the absolute best way to paint a car if you are strapped on cash. I have a complete tutorial I am going to use in this method (keep in mind if it turns out horrible I have a friend that can fix it for me, for a small labor price).

I'm only on the 2nd coat still I haven't had a chance to finish things. My car had another fatal blow a weekend ago and has been sitting so I have have no motivation to continue working on it. I have a few pictures but i'm going to wait until i'm finished to post all up. It looks great thus far, i'm very suprised on how clean it actually looks.

How do you have weeks to work on this? Don't you need your car to get places?

He seems like the type to drive it half painted.

I have an alternate method of transportation. I haven't driven that car in about a month or so now and it's just been tinkered away at the last few weekends or so. I'm debating on getting rid of it at this point and starting a frest set of car payments.
