Natural selection is not the sole factor in evolution. What about gene flow? What about genetic drift? What about point mutations? Transitions? Transversions? Insertions? Deletions? Gene duplications? Translocations? Inversions? Aneuploidy? Polyploidy? Go to the pubmed database, and type in any of those, and find hundreds, if not thousands of examples, and those are just the ones I remember off the top of my head.

The CD analogy is not even faulty, it's completely nonsensical.
