Likely one of the most intelligent people I've ever encountered. Creates some of the most cogent arguments on this forum. Presents vocabulary and grammatical proficiency that dwarf even my own. Having said that (and I know I may catch hell for the following, but please don't take it as a flame), this resident genius, in his fervent rejection of all things religious, has come to (perhaps unknowingly) deify science itself, to the point of near worship. Maybe it is simply an attempt to fill a natural void in the human psyche that those of differing personality types are content to fill with spiritual musings. But I digress. Overall, I hold MJ in the highest regard possible for someone I've only interacted with online.

I would say those are some pretty astute comments. Don't worry, I don't take offense to them at all. I think you're pretty much spot on. Maybe I'll elaborate on "deifying" science some time this weekend.
