sorry to tell you guys but, the hack is patched, not the binding or anything but the fact that it can be done, in 1.3 it was possible to use this but now it is useless, if you do this and quickly switch twice to have the effect, it doesn't let you shoot for until the silencer would have been taken off or put on.
