almost all the inconscient actions and reactions can be controlled, and while it's really hard to taught it, it's a thing of discipline,meditation & self control, taugh in some oriental disciplines (gotta say i never tried but i know guys quite keen on Zen meditation & yoga)

I control mine easily.. just by daydreaming while awake in bed, and holding that control throughout the night. Pretty simple for me (I'm guessing for Chruser too.) Everyone can control daydreams, right?
