The only thing about this list that doesn't help is everything else on the menu. I mean sure a single cheeseburger and a regular Taco from taco bell is that a Chalupa is like 1300 calories, and a BigMac is around 600 etc, ... fast food is never going to be healthy...

I've never liked Arby's anyways..

Well yeah, but I had to compare what seemed the most comparable. I mean, Taco Bell's cheeseburger-like item is their taco, obviously. I could have compared like, a side salad from Wendy's to a nacho supreme meal from Taco Bell, but that wouldn't have really been a fair comparison.
