Craig called the police on a couple who were arguing outside the complex tonight because one of 'em was yelling and stuff because the girl locked herself inside their car and he kept setting off the alarm and stuff. Fun times.

Sounds like the woman is a headcase.

I dunno, but the guy was threatening her and the police never showed up.
