Sweet deal. I was thinking of posting a 'Personal Health' thread, but not sure what else to add. I mean, I run and walk a bunch, eat fruit and veggies, and drink lots of water, but I thought everyone did that. I've gained 15 pounds of muscle since summer started. So happy. *goes downstairs to cut a watermelon*

I recently started up at the gym again....mostly because Kaneda isn't working so I can go after I put the baby to bed and be back and showered by 10:30. It feels great to be going again. I usually make someting for dinner that's homemade (not from a box...) and for breakfast we usually do cereal and a fruit...with milk or juice. Lunch is whatever is left over or a sand.
This morning I have been in meetings and i squeezed in a plum. Lunch was pizza.
Mangos rock, even when im not stoned i <3 smoothies.
