Why in the world would there be? For fun only, I assuming (and that's a safe bet).

Scripting is hard to get for a game without money, because scripters are smart.

The game-making community has quite a few people willing to pay for artists, as I recently discovered for myself.

A project is best off when there is money involved, if you do not know the team members well enough to get them to cough up free shit.
