Why on earth would someone want to fake their own death by blowing up their limo?!

Because WWE is a pathetic shell of its former self and is desperate to get audience.

On that note, I'm downloading Wrestlemania IX

I think Owen Hart was the one whose stunt went terribly wrong. He jumped off the top of a stadium and was supposed to bungie or parachute or SOMETHING to the tarp in the ring, but instead just fell to his death....

It was Brett Hart, Owen's brother. Wrerstling was decent when Stone Cold, The Rock, Mankind, Undertaker, Goldust, Shammrock, etc were around. I think most of them are back, but they are alot older. Oh and Sable, etc made it that mucj better.

Actually, it was OWEN Hart.

And he wasn't jumping off of anything, he was being lowered into the ring similar to how Sting is. He's hooked to a cable, and he's lowered down slowly. No jumping, no flying, no parachutes.

The cord broke and he fell onto one of the corner posts of the ring.

Dudes, back with Rick Flare, Legion of Doom, Rawdy Rawdy Piper, Hogan, Lex Lugar, Jake the Snake, etc. was the BEST fucking Wrestling EVER! When it was just WWF, and not all this ECE, WWE, etc. BULLSHIT. It sucks now.

I'm not sure if you guys have WWE overseas, but they do it here for the rednecks and 12 year olds that are entertained by fake wrestling, and blatently fake scripts/plots that are sometimes so horrrible you'd think a porno-producer thought it up... actually, may be on to something.. hmm

It's aired, aye. I used to watch it on occasion, years ago. Even then the daft 'stories' that they tried to weave into each 'episode' made me sick.

That's why the mid 80's to mid 90's had the best wrestling. It wasn't all bullshit and fairytales.
