I know a fair bit. But it's mostly daft textbook German I've learnt over 4 years. I don't learn it any more, but I still know a quite a bit.

Well at my school everyone has to learn German in Yr 8 and Yr 9. For GCSE we must chose a language to do - I chose German. 2 years down the line I'm now doing my A-levels. As we can chose whatever we want to do, I chose Chemistry, Biology, History and Computing. As I don't see myself going onto a career in German or Germany, I haven't picked German for one of my subjects. And there's the fact that the 4 I've chosen are my best four, and the four I like the most.

It's not, actually. Maybe the sentence structure is hard to remember, but after a while you just do it without thinking.

It's a nice language, too. I prefer it over French anyday.
