Go hang out with some 'good' friends. I like to exercise as well. Play video games.

Find some kind of exercise that you enjoy. Personally, mine is hockey and running. You can usually get into a zone where you're either practicing/training or enjoying it enough that you tend not to think about the other stuff.

When I think of a girl hocker player I think of one that can bench press me and smokes cigars.
