Nero 6.0

I'm trying to get a fansub that I downloaded to burn on a disk and play on my tv. I have no problem getting it to burn and it does play on my dvd player, but the bottom of the image is cut off. I can read only the top half of the subtitle. Even on the bigger screen tv downstairs it still cuts off a little bit (albeit a small bit) of the bottom of the subtitle. Is there any way to get nero to resize the video file when it is burning a disk? Or is it my tv is an old piece of shit and wont ever be able to properly display the dvd

Play it on your computer, just to make sure that the bottom of the picture does exist. If it does, then it's probably the TV - there should be a button on the remote that allows you to change the screen ratio size. Keep changing it until everything fits in (you may have to try the widescreen ratio, which is 16:9, I think).

Eh I don't know if there is such a thing on the tv, but my dvd player has it, and no matter what I change it to, it still gets cut off. And yes, The bottom does exist. I've watched the fansub before, and as I said, in the bigger screen, most of the cut out subtitles show up V_V
