Holy shit that face is creepy =P. Did you draw that concept art? If so it's nice. Sword is good too ...body could use some work.

Maybe... Make the head more feminine? Looks like you put a mans head on a womans body with a child's annerexic(?) arms.

Don't forget she's bald.

But yeah, the arms could do with a bit more muscle. And there's a bit missing on the feet.
