That brings American Pie into mind.

He plays a REAL Trumpet. Made of metal with intricate operations involved in the playing (namely pressing three valves down).

Talking about American Pie, a few of my friends watched it on TV last night (The Wedding one). One watched it with his dad...his dad is really strict and has no sense of humour.

That is quite fun. I'd gladly sit and stare at grass growing, just to cath it moving. I do that with clocks sometimes.

When I can, I'll play Football. I've recently found that I'm amazingly OK at jumping in front of balls being kicked at horrific speeds towards the goals.

And playing instruments is amazing! Get a nice echoey chamber, or a place with amazing acoustics (like an old school hall), and let rip with your Trumpet! The reverb is amazing. Just standing there playing, letting the music wash over you. Get 4 Trumpeters at each corner and stand in the middle...you could melt with delight!
